The Diversity Center’s High School Leadership Summit is your opportunity to shine! We’re bringing together student leaders and educators from across Northeast Ohio for an action-packed day filled with connection, collaboration, and empowerment. This summit is designed to give youth and educators the tools, skills, and confidence they need to be inclusive leaders in their schools and communities.
Throughout the day, teams of students and educators will dive into dynamic breakout workshops, participate in hands-on group activities, and strengthen their leadership skills. Together, we’ll explore how to build stronger communities, support one another, and inspire others to also be inclusive leaders. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this powerful movement, because leadership starts with you!
Getting Started
Complete the school group registration form below to reserve your school’s spot at the High School Leadership Summit.
Our school/organization would like to register for The Diversity Center’s High School Leadership Summit on March 5th, 2026 at John Carroll University. We understand that by submitting this form, we are reserving space for our students and educators to participate in this free event.
This free summit includes a light breakfast, catered lunch, and all-day workshops and activities for students and educators. Each group consists of 10 participants (8 or 9 high school student participants; 1 or 2 educators/school staff participants). Schools may register only one group. All student participants should be in grades 9-12. Email Em Richards with any questions erichards@diversitycenterneo.org
After submitting the school group registration form, we will send follow-up information to register individual students and educators prior to the conference. Groups should plan to arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 AM, with the conference concluding at 3:00 PM. Schools are responsible for coordinating their own transportation to and from the Leadership Summit.
If your school can no longer attend, cancellations must be submitted in writing by Friday, February 20th, 2026, so that we may offer the spot to another school.
